ABOUT PHIL SHARLOTT
Phil is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing management and has lectured in marketing and business development for Kingston Maurward College. He draws on a wealth of experience working in commercial banking and at senior levels for major holiday park operators.
In 1996 he established Positiv Development and leads a team of professional staff offering independent advice to clients. Phil has worked with parks from the north of Scotland down to Cornwall, providing commercial feasibility reports to green field developments, speaking at local authority planning appeals and helping to improve many existing park operations.
Recent projects have included developing marketing and sales with a large holiday park in Norfolk, developing a new lodge park in Suffolk and providing guidance to several new glamping parks in Suffolk and Essex. He has also established his own, very succesful, glamping & touring park in North Essex www.theprettything.co.uk.
He advises on all aspects of holiday, touring and caravan park management and business improvement and can give invaluable advice and practical help with sales, marketing and development..
